Dr. Justin Litvin

Director and Psychologist

About Me

I graduated from the Counseling Psychology Doctoral Program at the University of North Texas in 2019. I completed my internship at the Syracuse Veteran Affairs (VA) Behavioral Health Clinic where I received specialized training in anxiety/depression management, trauma-focused treatments, couple counseling, substance use treatments, and psychological testing. I then completed my  postdoctoral fellowship at the Dallas VA Medical Center and enhanced my skills in treatments for PTSD and relationship issues.

I am still active in clinical research and co-facilitate several national research projects. My research interests have focused on assessment and treatment of trauma  disorders and depression. I am an assistant professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and enjoy training therapists to provide evidence-based psychotherapies.
